Deposit & Cancellation Policies
 We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure all your boarding bookings
 (half of each day you book).

Over the last few years, we have had prolonged periods where we have been fully booked and told, with little to no notice, that some customers will be cancelling their booking. Meanwhile, we have been turning away customers causing disappointment and losing business.


To avoid this unfortunate recurring situation, we feel it is now reasonable to ask for a deposit and cancellation fee.


As of 1st December 2023, all bookings for cat/dog boarding will require a 50% non-refundable boarding fee (half of each day you book). This deposit will only be for that booking you make and cannot be moved to another booking unless an advanced booking (more than 6 months ahead - see below for more details). If your holiday is cancelled/delayed/moved or you are sick, a claim from your pet or travel insurance may redeem your deposit.

By completing your online booking request, your participation constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

Your booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.


We reserve the right to revise our prices from time to time. All prices quoted will be at the rate subject at the time of booking and please note we re-evaluate our prices twice a year, in February and October.


We now request an up-to-date vaccination card for any new customers before an online booking is accepted (please see full details here), however, if on arrival your pet(s) vaccinations have expired, we reserve the right to not accept your pet(s) for their stay and you are liable to pay for your pre-booked stay in full before leaving the premises.


If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled booking, we request full payment of your total invoice to be paid via bank transfer.


All payments are to be made via bank transfer or by visiting our reception during our boarding opening hours to pay by card. Please note – we are unable to take cash, cheque or card payments over the phone.

Deposit & Cancellation policy within the next 6 days

If you’re making a booking within the next 6 days, full payment must be made via bank transfer within 24 hours of your booking being accepted. All details will be in your booking confirmation email.

We will email you a quote for the whole stay (this price may vary and any additional services/deposits paid are not included in this price). This email has our bank details with a quote reference, please put the reference on the bank transfer and also your surname.

If payment is not made after 24hrs, we will cancel your booking and notify you through email, text or WhatsApp message.

This payment is non-refundable and cannot be amended to another future booking.


* If you collect earlier than your departure boarding date, the remaining days will not be refunded and full payment will be made for the boarding dates you booked, this will also not be moved as credit to another booking.
* If you collect later than your departure date, you will be charged for those additional days.

Deposit & Cancellation policy between 7 days & 6 months

If your boarding date is between 7 days and 6 months after booking confirmation, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit and the rest of your total invoice to be paid on delivery of your pet(s).

We will email you a quote for the whole stay (this price may vary and any additional services/deposits paid are not included in this price). This email has our bank details with a quote reference, please put the reference on the bank transfer and also your surname.

If payment is not made after 7 days, we will cancel your booking and notify you through email, text or WhatsApp message.

* If you collect earlier than your departure boarding date, the remaining days will not be refunded and full payment will be made for the boarding dates you booked, this will also not be moved as a credit to another booking.
* If you collect later than your departure date, you will be charged for those additional days

Deposit & Cancellation policy - advanced booking (6 months onwards)

If your boarding date is 6 months onwards from your date of booking, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit within 7 days, and the rest of your total invoice to be paid on delivery of your pet(s).

We will email you a quote for the whole stay (this price may vary and any additional services/deposits paid are not included in this price). This email has our bank details with a quote reference, please put the reference on the bank transfer and also your surname.

If payment is not made after 7 days, we will cancel your booking and notify you through email, text or WhatsApp message.

If you would like to amend your booking date with more than 6 months notice of your scheduled boarding date, you can do so if the new date is 1 week either side from your original booking. An invoice with any additional costs will be sent via email with your pre-paid deposit included.

For example – if your booking date is 20/01/24 for a boarding date of 13/09/24, you have up to 13/03/24 to amend your boarding dates.

* If you collect earlier than your departure boarding date, the remaining days will not be refunded and full payment will be made for the boarding dates you booked, this will also not be moved as credit to another booking.
* If you collect later than your departure date, you will be charged for those additional days.
