In 2018, Jessica completed a two day course on Dog Aggression and Dog Body language.
In 2018, Miya completed a one day course on Dog Aggression and Dog Body Language.

PIF - Pet Industry Federation
In March 2020, Jessica, Candice, and Miya completed courses on Rabbit and Guinea Pigs, dealing with fleas and a course on bleeding dogs.
In April 2020 Jessica, Candice and Miya were due to take a two day dog first aid course, but because of the Coronavirus this has been postponed until further notice.
Pet Industry Federation - Kennel of the year awards
We are very proud to announce that we were the joint Winners of the ‘Kennel of the Year Awards 2020' and finalists for the 'Kennel of the Year Awards 2021'.
This well known and valued award was presented by the Pet Industry Federation (PIF). The UK trade association for pet businesses.
This is a massive achievement for us as a small business and we’re ecstatic with the outcome!!
We submitted our written entry to PIF outlying our commercial success, staff training, health & safety, animal welfare, entrepreneurial flair and our community life.
We found out we got shortlisted, along with 5 other finalists in the UK.
An independent panel judged the 6 finalists in this category based on their Website, Social Media Platforms and conducted a mystery ‘telephone shopper’.
We then had to prepare a two minute video about our business and why we think we should win.
