New Customers

Step by step requirements if you're new to us

We do not offer boarding/doggy daycare to full males or full females (unneutered/chemical castration) dogs or cats over the age of 1.5 years old.

Dog owners

1. Check your dog is fully vaccinated with the yearly booster inc. Kennel Cough. If so, have your vet email us a copy to fourpawsgsy@gmail.com or you can WhatsApp us a picture at 07781118604.

If your dog is not fully vaccinated, please arrange a visit to your vet for the 1st and 2nd vaccines (3-4 weeks apart).

2. A daycare trial is a requirement for all new dogs. Trials are only available Tuesdays & Wednesdays, please visit here to register your dog and book a trial - https://www.fourpawspethotel.co.uk/onlinebookings

3. Please filled-out daycare/boarding form and forward us a completed copy via email or post it (Four Paws, Rue des longscamps, St Saviours, GY7 9YN) and we can update the information to your dog's records before you arrive. You can find them here - https://www.fourpawspethotel.co.uk/boardingforms

Your online registration does not count as daycare/boarding forms, these are more detailed questions about your pet and require signatures.

If unable to print the form, please pop up and take one from our reception gate holder (No need to ring the bell)

4. Once the trial is complete, our team will discuss with you whether your dog is suitable for boarding. If so, you can then make your online booking for boarding here https://www.fourpawspethotel.co.uk/onlinebookings

All bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the booking. Full details under the tab "Booking info" - "Deposit"

Cat owners
