Our New Online Booking service is now available for dog & cat boarding, doggy daycare and small animal boarding. Please click here 'Online Booking' This data is live so you will know straight away if we have space available. (Please remember our opening hours when booking) If it is not letting you select a day, it could be a bank holiday, sunday etc
If you are thinking about using our boarding service for the first time, we have introduced at least one compulsory daycare session before your dogs first staycation - Please see the Dog Boarding page under the 'Services' tab to find out more.

Dropping off your Pet
We need you to bring the following with you when dropping off your pet:

Up-to-date Vaccination card (see the FAQ for details). If you have supplied your up-to-date vaccination card on a previous visit it is not needed if the vaccinations are still in date.

Collar (dogs) All dogs must wear a collar

Completed Boarding Contract for NEW customers - (Online bookings are not the boarding forms)
Please note: Please leave your pet in the car (windows open) and check in at the reception first.
Medications
If your pets' are on medication then please fill out our medication form.
Please fill out one form per medication.
Please ensure you bring sufficient supply for the stay and allow an additional 4 days in
case of any travel delays you may encounter.
Please provide treats/food to put the medication in - if necessary

Sundays & all Bank Holidays - closed to the public
Important notice, as of 15th January 2024, we will no longer be accepting full males or full female (unneutered/chemical castration) dogs over the age of one and a half years old for boarding/daycare*
All bookings will require a 50% deposit to guarantee the booking. Full details under the tab "Booking info" - "Deposit"

All bank holidays are charged at time and a half, excluding Christmas day (25th) and New Years Day (1st) which is charged at double time.
