This data is live so you will know if we have space available. If you are having problems selecting a certain day, it could be a bank holiday, Sunday etc
The online bookings system is saying we are only open in the morning time slot for drop off and collection, this is not correct. Unfortunately, this is a glitch in the system which cannot be fixed.
Please remember our opening hours when booking.

At least one compulsory daycare session is needed before your dogs' first staycation with us - Please see the Dog Boarding page under the 'Services' tab to find out more.

Dropping off your Pet

We need you to bring the following with you when dropping off your pet:

Up-to-date Vaccination card (see the FAQ for details). If you have supplied your up-to-date vaccination card on a previous visit it is not needed if the vaccinations are still in date.

Collar (dogs) All dogs must wear a collar

Boarding opening hours
Monday to Friday 10:00am to 11:30am & 2:30pm to 4:00pm (closed between 11.30am to 2.30pm)
Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm
Sundays & all Bank Holidays - closed to the public

NEW 2026 Daycare drop off times are:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8:30am (Daycare dogs can no longer arrival in boarding hours)
Collection time
From 2.30pm to 4pm - closed 4pm to 5pm - open 5pm to 5.30pm

All dogs have to be neutered and/or spayed over 1.5 years old to be able to board and join doggy daycare.
All bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the booking. Full details under the tab "Booking info" - "Deposit"

All bank holidays are charged at time and a half, excluding Christmas day (25th) and New Years Day (1st) which is charged at double time.
