Coronavirus (COVID-19) Procedures
Hi Everyone,
Please see the statements I want to make which coincide with the COVID-19 procedures before we go
into them.
All dogs MUST be wearing a lead when entering our facility
Please DO NOT touch the cats, goats or anything you are not asked to
If there is someone else parked in the customer spaces please wait in your car until that person has left
ALL payments must be made by online bank transfer – NO CASH, CARD OR OVER THE PHONE
payments will be accepted at this time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to cancel it and reschedule for
another day – we do not want any cross overs of customers.
Please see below for our COVID-19 procedures starting with immediate effect:
DROPPING OFF YOUR DOG:
1. Sanitise your hands – there is alcohol based hand sanitiser on the gate
2. Press intercom and wait – we will open the gate and stand behind it keeping our distance
3. Please place your dog(s) in one of the holding pens provided and remove their lead – leaving
their collar on.
4. Put their lead in the box with their name on
5. Leave with minimal conversation
PICKING UP YOUR DOG:
1. Sanitise your hands – there is alcohol based hand sanitiser on the gate
2. Press intercom and wait – we will open the gate and stand behind it keeping our distance
3. Please collect your dogs lead from their box
4. Open the holding pen and put your dog on the lead straight away before letting them out of the
holding pen - Please DO NOT let your dog run around in the reception area.
5. Leave with minimal conversation

EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TOUCHED I.E THE INTERCOM, THE HAND SANITISER, THE HOLDING
PEN, THE LEAD BOX, YOUR DOG etc will be disinfected and wiped down immediately once you have
exited the reception area.
Please let us know what days and time you will be dropping off and collecting your dog from day care,
and please let us know when you are on the way – we do not want any crossover of customers. If there
is someone else parked in the customer spaces please wait in your car until that person has left.
All daycare must be booked in via text/telephone – please do not turn up without booking.
If your dog has any meals here, or medications please bring enough for the week/month so we can help
keep contact to a minimum.
Anyone who is not respecting these procedures will be asked to leave and will not be
welcome back in the future.
Please note we will be taking on new customers for daycare, but not for grooming and we will not be showing anyone around the premises at this current time.
