At Four Paws Country Pet Hotel, we offer a horse rug washing and reproofing service.

We have special equipment designed for washing, drying and reproofing of horse rugs.

​

Nikwax washing and proofing products are used, ensuring the best results and greater longevity for your expensive horse rugs.

 

Our prices are as follows:

​

• Saddle cloth / numnah: Wash & Dry:  £5.00 per item.

​

• Bandage, head collar, fly mask, travel boot & boot: Wash & Dry: £3.00 per item.

​

• 100g Liner, cooler, summer sheet, fleece (NO Velcro items): Wash & Dry: £8.00 per rug (NO Velcro strips).

​

• Fly rug, stable rug, rug with velcro, turnout rug: Wash & Dry ONLY: £10.00 per rug.

​

• Turnout rug: Wash, Reproof & Dry:  £20.00 per rug.

 

Quick turn-around for a rug or item (2/3 days) - an ADDITIONAL £8.00 per rug.

 

 

Due to limited storage space and some customers not coming to collect their rugs, we have had to introduce a storage fee of £2.00 per day, which will begin 14 DAYS after we have first texted you on the number you provided on the form.

We have an average turn-around time of 10 to 15 days. In peak season this might increase due to demand for drying space. 

​

Opening hours for drop-off and collection are:

Monday to Friday 10am to 11.30am & 2.30pm to 4pm

Saturday 10am to 1pm

Sundays and ALL Bank Holidays - Closed to the public
